Our journey in high jewelry and precious gemstones began in the 1970s when Charis Daskalakis founded Daskalakis Diamonds in Athens, revolutionizing the field of fine jewelry.

A true pioneer in Gemology, he established the term in Greece, creating a new scientific field for the evaluation and trade of precious stones. Charis Daskalakis, with numerous international certifications from prestigious institutions such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the Gemological Institute of South Africa, the Deutsche Gemmologische Gesellschaft E.V. of Idar-Oberstein, and the European Gemological Institute of Antwerp (EGL), served as a Certified Appraiser for the Hellenic State. His deep knowledge and integrity established him as one of the most trustworthy experts in the field, building relationships of trust with clients that endure to this day.
